Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, YunExpress, or DHL. The shipping address you provide at checkout determines the destination country. Prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and shipping charges are adjusted based on the destination.

We process approved orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

For European Union (EU) customers, VAT will apply to all imports as of July 1, 2021. Taxes and duties are determined by your local customs office. If assistance is required, please contact us in advance.

Tracking Information

Tracking Not Updating?

For some carriers, it may take 5–7 business days for tracking updates to appear. If no updates are available after 10 business days, contact us at contact@geartrailz.com.

Shipping Details

  1. Multiple Packages: For logistical reasons, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
  2. VAT & Taxes: We do not collect VAT. Taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for more details.
